The models Maestro 2 and Maestro 2M units separate PCBs
economically.
The circular
blades made from special steel and coated with Titanium ensure a
long service life.
The separation of
the PCBs is achieved by holding the PCB with both hands and
feeding it manually pushing it between the circular blades to
get separated.
On the Maestro 2M, the lower circular blade is driven by a
motor.
The PCB is fed between the circular blades where it
is seized, transported and separated. Three different
speeds can be selected.
The Maestro 2M separates PCBs without fatigue of the operator.
On both units, the Maestro 2 and the Maestro 2M, the clearance
between the upper guide and the lower guide is adjustable to
ensure that the PCB is only fed through the machine in the
pre-scored groove.
The pre-scored grooves can be interrupted by cut-outs with a
length of up to aprox. 5mm.
The clearance between the circular blades can be adjusted with
the rotary knob and is shown on the scale. Tests have
revealed that the larger the clearance between the circular
blades, the smaller the stress produced during the separation
process.
