MAESTRO
4M
8930800
The
Maestro 4 separates both small and large pre-scored PCBs. The circular
and linear blades made from a special steel ensure a long service
life. The pre-scored grooves can be interrupted by any number of
cut-outs. The clearance between
the circular blades can be precisely adjusted with the rotary knob
and is shown on the scale. Tests have revealed that the larger the
clearance between the circular and linear blades, the smaller the stress
produced during the separation process. During
the operation, the PCB is placed with its pre-scored groove onto
the linear blade and the circular blade is then drawn by hand
across the PCB. The clearance between the upper guide and the
linear blade is adjustable to ensure that the PCB is only
separated in the pre-scored groove. On all the Maestro 4M units
the table can be continuously adjusted with the rotary knob . The
back rest can be adjusted in three steps to the most suitable
working position. On the Maestro 4M, the
component height at the edge of the PCB can be 40mm maximum and
the separation length is 450mm.

MAESTRO
4M/70
8931090
The Maestro
4M/70 allows a component height at the edge of the PCB of 70mm
maximum. The separation length is 370mm. There is a Maestro
4M (8931000) with a separation length of 600mm and a component
height of 40mm max. The Maestro 4M clean (8932660) comes ready
to attach the Dust Extractor which is turned on directly on the
unit. The extraction volume can be set on the machine. A
conveyor belt is available for the Maestro 4M models.
