MAESTRO 2 MANUAL 8930500 The Maestro 2 units separate PCBs fast and economically. The circular blades made from special steel ensure a long service life. The compact and stable aluminum frame requires only a minimum space. The pre-scored grooves can be interrupted by cut-outs with a length of up to aprox. 5mm. The clearance between the circular blades can be precisely adjusted with the rotary knob and is shown on the scale. Tests have revealed that the larger the clearance between the circular blades, the smaller the stress produced during the separation process. MAESTRO 2M 8930599 On the Maestro 2M, the lower circular blade is driven by a motor. The PCB is fed between the circular blades where it is seized, transported and separated. Three different speeds can be selected. Maestro 2M separates PCB without fatigue of the operator.
